Luxury Hotel Leicestershire, Accommodation Grantham - Manners Arms

Great Food, Great Service, Great Surroundings

PLEASE NOTE: The Manners Arms is fully booked for the duration of the CLA Game Fair 23rd July to 25th July 2009.  Also the Maners Arms will be closed from 9am to 3pm on Monday 6th July.

The Manners Arms is a quintessential country inn, beautifully refurbished and managed by the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. It is located in Knipton, a picturesque rural village in the Vale of Belvoir, on the borders of Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

Our luxury accommodation provides an ideal base to tour the East Midlands. We would recommend visiting Rutland Water where daily boat trips are available in the summer. Belvoir Castle, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland is a stones throw away and open to visitors during the summer months, with many events at weekends. Stamford is just 15 miles away and is reputed to be one of the finest stone towns in England. Melton Mowbray is around five miles away, famous for its Pork Pies and Stilton cheese.

The luxury hotel offers bed and breakfast accommodation with a bar and restaurant. Serving food seven days a week, the lunch and dinner menu is packed with seasonal, local produce.
If you wish to visit this unspoiled area of England, we have a choice of ten exquisite rooms, which were all designed by the Duchess herself. Named after past and present family members, each room reflect the character and charm of a long ancestry.

Whether you are looking for a country hotel wedding venue, on business, or touring in the delights of England's middle shires do come and visit us at our Country Inn in the Vale of Belvoir near Grantham. Our chef looks forward to welcoming you at The Manners Arms luxury hotel, Grantham, Leicestershire.
