My wife and I visited for lunch today - and we will definitely be back. 
 
I am in a wheelchair and even today a combination of both access and a disabled toilet is still unusual especially in older buildings and even access is denied in some pubs and inns or very difficult.
 
The meal was superb and excellent value, the staff extremely helpful and courteous and pleasant, there was no musac blaring out - always a bonus, in fact peace and quiet reigned and as I said, easy access plus a toilet - it can't get much better than that.

How wonderful all the staff were on New Years Eve. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere, the food was a delight, and the service excellent. Well done to all for getting up early after a late night to provide such an amazing brunch at the castle too. We both felt it was a brilliant way to begin a New Year. The staff at the Castle were also very friendly & obviously passionate about what they do. Thanks to you all.
